i try to live and grow in every moment of my life.  it is a challenge to live in intimacy and transparency.  and yet, there is so much benefit, so much beauty i feel in this endeavor.  how do we all live full, loving, inspirational lives?  how to we spread and cultivate joy, while also deeply experiencing our suffering, and also keep our balence?  and how can we be compassionate with ourselves when this doesn't happen?  these are questions i wrestle with.  the most important thing to me in this life is to cultivate love in body, speech and mind.  i hope to have a loving relationship with all of you.  thanks for being a part of this communtiy everyone!
